We are here to answer your questions and help volunteers get involved in clinical trials.
Participation in a clinical trial allows patients to play a more active role in their own health care, gain access to new research treatments before they are widely available, and help others by contributing to medical research.
COVID-19 OFFICE PROCEDURES
Eminent Clinical Research is committed to the well-being of all patients and in providing the safest environment for patients, employees, physicians, and our community. with this in mind, we have made several changes to our standard operating procedures.
- Office access is restricted to subjects/caregivers, site staff, medical personnel, and pre-approved visitors.
- Delivery personnel is restricted to the lobby area only wearing a mask.
- When the recruitment specialist calls subjects to confirm their next day appointments – a COVID-19 questionnaire will be administered, any “yes” answers will be cause for cancellation of the appointment. a repeat questionnaire will be administered on the day of the next appointment after a 14-day timeframe and are not allowed beyond the lobby area if possible
- Anyone coming into the clinical area or the office will have their temperature taken and be instructed to use a hand sanitizer that is located next to each entrance.
- ECRA sanitizes each clinical area after each use and re-sanitizes the entire site at the end of each day.

Eminent Clinical Research and Associates will make every effort to maintain normal business operations for as long as possible within a given city, county, and/or federal guidelines issued. should office hours change, sponsors, monitors, and upcoming patients will be notified immediately.
