Our goal is to provide accurate, high-quality data with strict adherence to the good clinical practice guidelines to our Sponsors and CRO’S. Clinical research studies are critical in the advancement of existing medicine. We strive to exceed our clients’ expectations by continuously improving our knowledge to optimize our work and deliver accurate and thorough results. Federal law requires that every medication goes through a series of clinical research trials before being approved by the FDA; in addition to being approved by an independent Research Ethics Board. It is ECRA’s mission to play a fundamental role in the gateway to modern medicine.

Our team consists of an array of knowledge and passion for what we do each day. We strive for customer service and having our study participants feel they are part of the ECRA family. The clinical staff is dependable and highly skilled with over 50 years of experience in Phase II to IV trials, with a highly qualified board certified Principal Investigators and specialists (i.e. Dermatologist, Gastroenterologist, Pediatricians etc.).
When selected as a clinical trial site, our team develops and implements a plan that offers each study the highest chance of success when applied to our unique demographics.
At ECRA, all documentation for each clinical trial is completed and stored in adherence to FDA, GCP, HIPPA, and any other regulatory guidelines required. All staff members are constantly trained on good source documentation and regulatory compliance.
Computerized data integrity is maintained by utilizing assigned computers, all of which are password-protected. Vendor sites are all also assigned to specific staff members with unique accesses.
Study trial documentation is stored in a secured room with 24-hour surveillance and kept off-site for as long as a sponsor and or FDA requires, whichever is the longest.
